Andrew Haigney
Having lived in Boston’s Back Bay and Beacon Hill for much of his life, Andrew’s clients benefit from his deep knowledge of the Boston market. Andrew works closely with buyers, sellers, fiduciaries, and institutions with a primary focus on high end, complex and less liquid real estate.
Before entering the real estate industry, Andrew spent 25 years in the investment industry where he routinely valued and negotiated complex securities transactions. He spent the bulk of his career at Merrill Lynch where he was First Vice President for Institutional Equity Sales in Boston. Andrew also was President of the investment consulting firm Chittenden & Company and Managing Director at Coach House Capital Corporation, an alternative asset private equity firm.
Andrew lives in the Back Bay with his wife and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He previously served as a Director of Charlotte Volunteer Fire and Rescue Services where he was a volunteer firefighter, as a Trustee of Mater Christi School, on the Trustees Outreach Committee of the Boston Athenaeum, on the Town of Wayland Board of Water Commissioners, and was a member of the Boston Securities Traders Association.
