There is an unspoken code in the real estate sales community - keep your opinions to yourself. It makes no difference if a property is a total disaster or insanely overpriced, the party line is that everything is wonderful. We call these sales people “the cheerleaders.”

Where we come from, the investment industry, opinions matter. Our clients want to know our opinions, to a large extent it’s what they are paying us for. We recognize that not everyone will agree with our opinions, and we welcome your comments and feedback. We also acknowledge that from time to time our opinions will be completely wrong, that’s the nature of opinions.
