The Batterymarch Insider is a brief snapshot of our current market thinking, together with objective commentary on properties that are actively on the market as well as recent sales.

Being a non-traditional independent broker affords us the ability to offer honest assessments of properties and recent transactions without the fear of offending either sellers or managing brokers. Keep in mind that these are our opinions, so take them with a grain of salt.

We’re happy to set up showings of downtown properties, offer our valuation analysis, and assist with preliminary renovation budgets when needed.
